My name is Ritu Kaur, and I am a heartist from the bay area, California. I published my first collection of poetry, Waves on October 7, 2017, at the age of 24.

 

I always knew I wanted to publish so I turned one of my dreams into reality. Writing has been an essential part of my life, as I've been intrigued with language and art since my childhood.
 

Different forms of art and expression remind me that this world is a stage, and we write our own scripts. We hold the power to create something beautiful out of our life stories. What is your story? Are you the one holding the pen? Painting with your divine paintbrush?

Fun facts: I am a libra sun and virgo moon. I majored in Psychology. I love psychology, astrology, spirituality, being in nature, singing, writing, makeup, and long walks on the beach. I am currently learning how to play the piano and want to learn the drums as well! I am in the process of exploring different creative ventures to express my inner heartist <3

I enjoy reading about holistic health, home remedies, personal development, metaphysical theories, science and so much more! I genuinely love learning and have a passion for sharing my knowledge with others! I am a life path 7. I am also very fond of traveling, photography, yoga, and the simple pleasures in life.
